Postpartum
Care Package

  • Meal prepping
  • Providing physical, emotional, and informational support
  • 6 to 8 weeks of certified care
  • 4 to 8 hours of care day/night
  • Assist with getting newborn on a consistent schedule so parents are able to rest
  • Bathing, feeding, and changing diapers
  • Assist with sibling care (if needed)
  • Light household chores such as folding laundry, cleaning bottles, and tidying up areas that require attention
